4 year anniversary

Monte and I are having our 4th anniversary on the 16th. I can't believe how fast time has gone by. We went to Salt Lake this weekend to celebrate. My sister Lindsay watched the kids (we are so grateful for her!) all day long. We went to the temple and did initiatory work. It was so amazing! I love being in the temple and the spirit you can feel there. We then went and ate at The Olive Garden. IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!!!! It was so nice to eat my food warm and not have to worry about the kids and what to feed them or the mess that they are making. We just sat there and enjoyed the time together. For our anniversary this year we both wanted to go buy some clothes so we went to Burlington Coat Factory. We had a blast trying on clothes and shopping. Normally Monte HATES shopping but he was so much fun and so funny to watch.

I want my husband to know how grateful I am for him in my life. He is my best friend and my eternal companion. I don't know what I did to deserve such a wonderful and loving husband. I am grateful for his testimony and his willingness to serve in the church. I am so grateful that he is worthy to hold the priesthood and gives me and my family blessings. Thanks Monte for making me laugh and smile. I Love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a little behind on this but we went to a Chuckars game at the end of August. We had a lot of fun eating pizza and playing.

FAIR

We went to the fair with Daniel, Gayleen and there kids. We had fun looking at all the animals and of course LOVED the fair food. They had a whole play section for the kids and they had so much fun they screamed when we left.

Hunting season has started!

The first weekend in September we HAD to go to Bear Lake so Monte could go hunting. He was the only one to shoot anything. He got 5 doves! He was pretty proud of himself. We also went fishing and caught a bunch of fish. The girls had fun catching fish.

What we have been up to in August!

I have been SO bad at blogging lately! So here is a little of what we have been up to this month.

Missionaries!

My little brother Blaine left for the MTC on the 12th. We have already received a letter from him and he has grown so much. He will serve the people in Croatia well! Here are some pictures from his farewell. Also Tyson received his mission call to Chihuahua Mexico and will be learning Spanish.

Reunions

We had a McKenna family reunion last week up at Warm River. We went up a day early and camped as a family. It was so nice and relaxing to get away for a couple of days. It was pretty cold up there so we just hung around the camp site and Monte did some fishing. We played a relay game kids vs parents...........of course the parents won! The girls had fun playing with all their cousins.

Kolby is a fun loving 6 month old purebred puppy. He is registered with The American Kennel Club and we have a family history pedigree chart for them. He is also registered in Pocatello. He has had all of his shots including Rabies. He has also been nurtured. We have all of the paper work still to show you. He is a beautiful black and silver puppy and has red in his beard. He weighs around 15 lbs. He loves to be played with and is still in the puppy stage. We have loved this puppy as part of our family and really hate to part with him but we have two small babies who don't understand how to play with the puppy yet. We are selling him for $300 He will come with his bed (he loves his bed!) and some food.
